Building Canada’s Next Soccer Powerhouse, Right Here in Kingston

Victory Grounds Ventures (VGV) is reimagining how soccer infrastructure, team operations, and community engagement come together in Canada. From a new purpose-built stadium to League1 Ontario teams and a future Canadian Premier League franchise, we’re creating a vertically integrated soccer ecosystem with local roots and national ambition.

We’re not waiting for change, we’re building it. A new stadium. A new standard. A new era.

This isn’t just a project. It’s a movement. And it starts here.

Our Mission

To build sustainable, community-first soccer infrastructure and operations that support Canadian talent, grow the game, and leave a lasting legacy for Kingston and beyond.

Our Vision

A Vision Rooted in Soccer. Built for Community. Designed to Last.

Victory Grounds Ventures (VGV) is reshaping how soccer is structured, delivered, and experienced in Canada. We’re building a fully integrated model, from infrastructure and team operations to community engagement and talent development, with Kingston, Ontario as our foundation.

This isn’t a one-off team or a temporary venue. This is a scalable, sustainable, purpose-built soccer ecosystem with long-term ambition and local impact.

It Starts With Infrastructure

At the heart of our model is a soccer-specific stadium, designed with flexibility, sustainability, and year-round usage in mind.

  • ~5,000-seat modular stadium with expansion capacity
  • Winter dome for year-round play, training, and rentals
  • High-performance training, recovery, and team spaces
  • Fully club-controlled: no scheduling conflicts, no shared ownership
  • Revenue-generating through field rentals, events, and sponsors
  • Environmentally efficient with smart energy systems (solar, wind, metering)

A Full Soccer Pathway

A Full Soccer Pathway

We’re not just launching one team. We’re building a development structure:

  • League1 Ontario Men’s and Women’s Teams launching in 2026
  • Youth identification and development programs
  • Local partnerships with clubs, schools, and colleges
  • A future CPL franchise with a player-first approach
  • One campus for living, learning, training, and playing

Built for Community

Our model is designed to benefit everyone — not just players and fans.

  • Local employment: stadium ops, matchday staff, events
  • Economic impact: tourism, hospitality, local vendor partnerships
  • Inclusive access: shared programming with schools, nonprofits, and clubs
  • Educational ties: internships, student employment, and joint programming
  • Civic pride: a team and facility Kingston can call its own

Backed by Business and Purpose

VGV combines sports passion with real operational experience and long-term business planning. We’ve built this project to succeed, on and off the field, with:

  • Recurring revenue through rentals and non-matchday events
  • Multiple teams, programs, and business units under one umbrella
  • Sustainable financing strategies (equity-focused, not debt-heavy)
  • Long-term ownership, community alignment, and league collaboration
